Modern Slavery Policy

Return on Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of NJS Holdings limited.

Return on Investment Limited is a sales and marketing company working with some of the world’s leading brands. While our supply chains are relatively limited—given that the majority of our services are delivered by employees based in the United Kingdom—we remain committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains.

Our non-human supply chain primarily consists of building rent, local council rates, insurance, IT services, and office support. We do not regularly engage agency staff; where we do, we work exclusively with reputable agencies that conduct thorough checks on the individuals they supply. All our direct employees undergo a rigorous recruitment process, including verification of identity, right to work, National Insurance status, and bank account ownership.

We recognise our responsibility to uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to:

• Identifying and assessing potential risk areas in our business and supply chains;
• Monitoring and mitigating those risks;
• Providing protection and support for whistleblowers.

For larger suppliers subject to the Modern Slavery Act, we will request a formal Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Statement. For smaller suppliers, we will take reasonable steps to ensure they are not involved in any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.

We are committed to maintaining confidentiality around any modern slavery-related concerns, sharing information strictly on a need-to-know basis in accordance with GDPR and data protection laws.

We abhor all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking and believe there is no material risk of such practices within our supply chain. We continue to educate our staff on the risks and encourage them to report any concerns in line with our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy.
