Gender Pay Report
The gender pay gap is the difference in hourly pay between men and women, regardless of the nature of their work across the entire organisation, so not considering role or seniority.
The gap is expressed as a percentage of men’s pay. When the difference is positive, it means men’s pay is higher than women’s; when it is negative, it means that women’s pay is higher than men’s.
Therefore, the Gender Pay Gap does not measure Equal Pay.
