Investors in People (IIP)
Every week, every member of staff receives an average of two hours classroom training and one hour of one-on-one coaching. As a reward we recently attained Investors in People status.

ISO9001:2000 Quality Standard
To assure you that our projects are properly planned, managed and controlled we adhere to a strict Quality Management System equivalent to ISO9001 with formal certification expected in November 2006.

ISO27001 Data Privacy Standard
As a demonstration of our commitment to protecting your data and complying with the Data Protection Act 1998, we are investing in gaining accreditation to ISO27001.

Direct Marketing Association
As a member of the DMA we agree to uphold their values and standards for handling your prospects and customers.
